Please read these Terms carefully before using AI Bible Reading Planner. They govern your access to and use of the app, including its free and Premium features.
By downloading, installing, or using AI Bible Reading Planner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. We may revise these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
AI Bible Reading Planner is a personal devotional tool designed to help you build a consistent Bible reading practice through AI-assisted planning. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. The reading plans, reflections, and prayers generated by the app are for devotional and spiritual planning purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional pastoral counseling, licensed therapy, legal advice, or medical guidance. Please consult qualified professionals for those needs.
Some content within the app — including reading plans, daily reflections, and prayer prompts — is generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and spiritual appropriateness, AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect. We encourage users to engage with the content prayerfully and to consult trusted spiritual resources and faith communities. AI Bible Reading Planner does not claim theological authority.
The app offers both free and Premium subscription tiers. Free users can generate reading plans across selected themes, with limited plan durations and no saved plan history. Premium subscribers unlock all themes, extended plan durations (up to 90 days), saved plan history, and daily reminder settings. Features available under each tier may change over time, and we will notify users of significant changes.
Premium access requires a paid subscription billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable platform to charge the subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are displayed in US dollars at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform policy.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To cancel, manage your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Premium access until then. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.
Premium users may save reading plans to their in-app library. Saved plans are stored securely and accessible upon sign-in across devices. We reserve the right to limit the number of saved plans per account. Reminder preferences are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app, local preferences will be cleared.
All app content, design, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to AI Bible Reading Planner and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Scripture passages referenced in the app are drawn from publicly available Bible translations used under fair use or open license terms. AI-generated plan content is provided for your personal devotional use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without our prior written consent.
You agree not to: • Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app • Circumvent subscription restrictions or access Premium features without a valid subscription • Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure or other users' access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms.
AI Bible Reading Planner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the theological accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for your specific circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Bible Reading Planner and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
